Additional time required after the initial hour is billed at the attorney's regular hourly rate of $425.00. In response to COVID-19, consultations will be held remotely, either by virtual video or telephone conference.

These rates assume all of the below is true. The client will be responsible for supplying all of the appropriate information to the attorney to complete the documents for filing. This rate does not include attorney time for negotiating, communicating with the other party, or advising on the distribution of debts and assets. The fee includes property settlement agreement (PSA), if required, court costs, copying, and postage. Publication and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders not included.

These rates assume all of the below is true. The client will be responsible for supplying all of the appropriate information to the attorney to complete the documents for filing. Simple Divorce: Starting at $1,875.00

  • No name change;
  • No children born or adopted into marriage or no children under the age of 18;
  • No assets or debts;
  • No spousal support for either spouse;
  • Either you or your spouse has lived in Virginia for at least 6 months;
  • Parties must live separate and apart for at least 6 months before filing;
  • Spouse is in agreement and willing to sign all divorce papers and waive service of process.

Simple Divorce With Minor Children, Starting at $2,675.00

  • All issues of custody, visitation, and/or support are agreed upon between the parties;
  • No assets or debts;
  • No spousal support for either spouse;
  • Either you or your spouse has lived in Virginia for at least 6 months;
  • Parties must live separate and apart for at least 1 year before filing;
  • Spouse is in agreement and willing to sign all divorce papers and waive service of process.
  • Add name change for an additional $200.00.
