Additional time required after the initial hour is billed at the attorney's regular hourly rate of $425.00. In response to COVID-19, consultations will be held remotely, either by virtual video or telephone conference.

These rates assume all of the below is true. The client will be responsible for supplying all of the appropriate information to the attorney to complete the documents for filing. This rate does not include attorney time for negotiating, communicating with the other party, or advising on the distribution of debts and assets. The fee includes property settlement agreement (PSA), if required, court costs, copying, and postage. Publication and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders not included.

These rates assume all of the below is true. The client will be responsible for supplying all of the appropriate information to the attorney to complete the documents for filing.
